for Retirement Committee Education
The demand for education by 401(k) and 403(b) plan sponsors is growing exponentially — accelerated by concerns about fiduciary liability, growing DOL and IRS scrutiny, the rash of lawsuits and retirement readiness. Become a Trained Retirement Committee Educator
Trained Retirement Committee Educators (TRCErs) will deliver TRCE education in person using authorized material. TRCE will be marketed directly to plan sponsors through 401kTV which reaches over 55,000 HR & finance executives daily. TRCErs will be assigned to those interested.
To conduct TRCE education sessions, advisors must receive training and either hold the C(k)P Designation or be enrolled to attend C(k)P Training at UCLA within 12 months.
TRCE will partner with DC wholesalers to provide training to advisors. TPSU has educated over 6,000 401(k) & 403(b) plan sponsors since 2013 and continues to train around 1,500 plan sponsors annually both in-person and virtually.
