The Retirement Advisor University (TRAU)

TRAU in collaboration with UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education offers the Certified 401(k) Professional Designation—the C(k)P. The C(k)P Designation is the only retirement planning certification program:

  • Educating advisors in collaboration with a nationally recognized institution of higher learning;
  • Requiring specific retirement industry experience; and
  • Marketing the benefits of the C(k)P Designation directly to the 401(k) and 403(b) fiduciaries and plan sponsors.

Market awareness of the C(k)P Designation is accomplished through the TRAU affiliates, 401kTV with 50,000 daily newsletter subscribers, and through outreach with The Plan Sponsor university alumni, totaling over 5,000 plan fiduciaries nationwide.
